宿泊約款（Terms & Conditions）
第一條 / 第1条 / Article 1
適用範圍 / 適用範囲 / Scope of Application
本約款適用於森之間民宿 MORINOMA（以下稱本民宿）與住宿客人之間所訂立之住宿契約及相關服務。凡本約款未規定者，依法律及一般慣例處理。
本約款は、森の間民宿 MORINOMA（以下「当宿」）と宿泊者との間で締結される宿泊契約およびこれに付随するサービスに適用します。本約款に定めのない事項は、法令または一般的慣習によります。
These Terms & Conditions apply to accommodation contracts and related services between MORINOMA Guesthouse (“the Guesthouse”) and its guests. Matters not covered shall follow applicable laws and general customs.
第二條 / 第2条 / Article 2
住宿契約之申請 / 宿泊契約の申込み / Reservation & Contract
客人需提供姓名、聯絡方式、入住日期、入住人數及本民宿要求的必要資訊。本民宿確認預訂後，住宿契約即成立。
宿泊者は氏名、連絡先、宿泊日、人数など必要事項を申告してください。当宿が予約を承諾した時点で宿泊契約が成立します。
Guests must provide name, contact information, stay dates, number of guests, and any required details. The contract becomes valid once the Guesthouse confirms the reservation.
第三條 / 第3条 / Article 3
付款與預付金（含：住宿費用之構成） / 支払・予約金（宿泊料金等の内訳を含む） / Payment & Deposits & Breakdown of Accommodation Charges
本民宿之住宿費用由以下項目構成：

住宿基本費：依房型、入住人數、方案而異。

稅金：依日本法規（如消費稅、地方稅）計算。

其他費用（若適用）：加人費、清潔費、冬季供暖費、設備使用費等。
部分方案可能需要預付訂金或事前付款，並須依本民宿指示完成。如未於期限內付款，預訂可能被取消。
当宿の宿泊料金等の内訳は以下の通りです：

宿泊基本料金：客室タイプ、人数、プランにより異なります。

税金：消費税・地方税など法令に基づき課税されます。

その他の料金（該当する場合）：追加人数料金、清掃料、冬季暖房費、設備使用料など。
宿泊プランによっては予約金や事前決済が必要となる場合があります。期限内に支払いがない場合、予約は取消となる可能性があります。
Accommodation charges at the Guesthouse consist of the following items:

Basic Room Charge: Varies by room type, number of guests, and plan.

Taxes: Applied according to Japanese law (e.g., consumption tax, local taxes).

Additional Fees (if applicable): Extra person charge, cleaning fee, winter heating fee, facility usage fees, etc.
Some plans may require deposits or full prepayment. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
第四條 / 第4条 / Article 4
入住與退房 / チェックイン・チェックアウト / Check-in & Check-out
入住時間為15:00後；退房時間為11:00前。若需提前入住或延後退房，請事先告知，可能會收取額外費用。
チェックインは15:00以降、チェックアウトは11:00までです。時間外対応をご希望の場合は事前にご相談ください（追加料金が発生する場合があります）。
Check-in is after 3 PM, check-out before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior notice and may incur additional fees.
第五條 / 第5条 / Article 5
取消政策 / 契約解除・キャンセル料 / Cancellation Policy
取消與更改依各方案條款為準。若遇不可抗力因素（暴風雪、交通中斷等），請聯絡本民宿以獲得協助。
キャンセルや変更は各プランの条件に従います。悪天候や交通機関停止など不可抗力の場合は、当宿へご連絡いただければ個別に対応します。
Cancellations follow the conditions of each booking plan. In case of force majeure (e.g., severe weather, transportation shutdown), the Guesthouse will respond case by case.
取消費依下列標準收取：
入住日 31–60 日前取消：收取房費的 30%
入住日 16–30 日前取消：收取房費的 50%
入住日 1–15 日前取消：收取房費的 70%
入住當日取消或未到（No-show）：收取房費的 100%
キャンセル料は次の通りです：
宿泊日の 31～60 日前のキャンセル：宿泊料金の 30%
宿泊日の 16～30 日前のキャンセル：宿泊料金の 50%
宿泊日の 1～15 日前のキャンセル：宿泊料金の 70%
宿泊日当日のキャンセル／不泊（No-show）：宿泊料金の 100%
Cancellation fees are applied as follows:
Cancellation 31–60 days before the check-in date: 30% of the room charge
Cancellation 16–30 days before the check-in date: 50% of the room charge
Cancellation 1–15 days before the check-in date: 70% of the room charge
Cancellation on the day of check-in or no-show: 100% of the room charge
第六條 / 第6条 / Article 6
拒絕住宿之情形 / 宿泊拒否 / Right to Refuse Accommodation
本民宿得在以下情況拒絕住宿：違法或不當行為、超出接待人數、可能妨礙其他客人、疑似傳染病、反社會勢力、或本民宿認定不適當者。
当宿は以下の場合に宿泊をお断りすることがあります：法令または公序良俗に反する場合、定員超過、他の宿泊者へ迷惑を及ぼすおそれがある場合、伝染病が疑われる場合、反社会的勢力である場合、その他当宿が不適当と判断した場合。
The Guesthouse may refuse accommodation in cases such as: unlawful behavior, exceeding capacity, disturbing other guests, suspected infectious disease, affiliation with antisocial groups, or any situation deemed inappropriate by the Guesthouse.
第七條 / 第7条 / Article 7
館內規範 / 利用規則 / House Rules
館內全面禁菸；22:00後請保持安靜；禁止攜帶危險物或強烈氣味物品；損壞設備需照價賠償；室內禁用火及烹調；雪具需置於指定區域。
館内は全面禁煙、22:00以降は静かにお過ごしください。危険物・悪臭を放つ物の持ち込みは禁止。備品を破損した場合は実費負担。室内での火気・調理は禁止。スキー用品は指定場所に保管してください。
No smoking inside; keep noise down after 10 PM; no dangerous or odorous items; damages must be compensated; no cooking or open flames; ski gear must be stored in designated areas.

貴重物品與行李 / 貴重品の管理 / Valuables & Luggage
貴重物品請自行保管，本民宿不對遺失或竊盜負責。
貴重品はご自身で管理してください。紛失・盗難について当宿は責任を負いません。
Guests are responsible for their valuables. The Guesthouse is not liable for loss or theft.
第九條 / 第9条 / Article 9
兒童與加人 / 子供・追加人数 / Children & Extra Guests
兒童收費及加人規定依方案而定。未事先告知而超過房型人數者，將收取額外費用。
子供料金・追加人数の扱いはプランによります。無断で定員を超えた場合、追加料金を請求します。
Child pricing and extra guest rules follow each plan. Unannounced extra guests will incur additional fees.

寵物政策 / ペットについて / Pets
本民宿不接受寵物入住（導盲犬除外）。
当宿はペットの同伴をお断りしています（介助犬を除く）。
Pets are not allowed, except for certified service dogs.
第十一條 / 第11条 / Article 11
不可抗力 / 不可抗力 / Force Majeure
因災害、停電、設備故障等導致無法提供住宿時，本民宿得取消契約並免責。
災害、停電、設備故障など不可抗力によりサービス提供が困難な場合、契約を解除し免責となります。
In case of disasters, power outages, or equipment failures that prevent service, the Guesthouse may cancel the contract without liability.
第十二條 / 第12条/ Article 12
免責事項 / 免責 / Liability
因客人自身過失、天災、交通問題、或其他非本民宿可控因素造成之損害，本民宿不負責。
宿泊者の過失、天災、交通障害など不可抗力による損害について当宿は責任を負いません。
The Guesthouse is not liable for damages caused by guests’ negligence, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
第十三條 / 第13条 / Article 13
其他 / その他 / Others
本民宿得視營運需求調整本約款內容；未盡事宜依規則及法令辦理。
当宿は必要に応じて本約款を変更することがあります。未定事項は当宿の規則および法令によります。
The Guesthouse may amend these terms as needed. Any matters not specified shall follow Guesthouse policies and applicable laws.
